Refunds and Return Policy (Effective Date: May 15, 2025)
Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis due to the nature of our services. This policy governs eligibility andprocedures for refund requests.
A. Valid Grounds for Refund:
- Duplicate or erroneous payment
- Non-delivery of service due to our fault
- Cancellation before commencement of service
B. Exclusions:
- Services already rendered or partially completed
- Client-caused delays or no-shows
- Subjective dissatisfaction without breach
C. Process and Timelines:
- Submit request via email within 7 days of transaction
- Include proof of payment and explanation
- Processing time: 10-15 business days if approved
Cancellation / Termination of Service Policy (Effective Date: May 15, 2025)
This policy outlines the rights and obligations regarding service cancellations or terminations.
A. Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- Email notice required 3 business days in advance
- 30% cancellation fee for project-based services already
in progress
- No refund for non-appearance or lack of cooperation
B. KMP-Initiated Cancellations:
- Due to force majeure, personnel unavailability, or policy
breaches
- Clients entitled to reschedule or full refund if no service
rendered

A. Delivery Timelines:
- Consultations: Same-day to 3 business days
- Trainings/Webinars: As per agreed date
- Research Projects: 7-30 business days
- Documents: 2-5 business days
B. Client Responsibilities:
- Submit accurate requirements
- Participate in review and approval processes
- Comply with agreed schedules
C. Fulfillment Modes:
- Email, Google Drive, secure folders
- Courier (for physical copies, if arranged)
- On-site delivery as contractually agreed
